It was love at first bake!
Born and raised into a Italian bakery family business I'm the 5th generation baker.
My family has owned and operated bakeries from the Bronx to Long Island for 100+ years. I have always had a passion for baking since I was a kid. Growing up in the bake shop watching and learning from my parents how to perfect the art of baking.
At the age of 27 I opened my first retail bakery alongside my husband who also was introduced into the bakery as a teenager. (It was love at first bake LOL) We operated our retail bakery for 10 years on Long Island. In 2019 we transitioned our 2000 sq foot bakery to a 20ft bakery food truck in North Carolina. We went on to opening up a Cookie Kiosk in a North Carolina mall and our newest edition our Cookie Vending Machines!
Growing and running our businesses has been one of the many rewarding experiences of our life. While we love bouncing our new ideas and flavors back and forth from each other we strive to make the best cookies possible by only using the finest ingredients with no preservatives in our cookie dough's.
